Sensitive Health Information (PHI): Urine-based metabolite test results, lab data, interpretive reports via MDM System™.

Usage Data & Cookies: IP, device/browser info, session logs, analytics cookies, marketing cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Fulfill orders, perform lab analysis, deliver test results
  • Communicate service updates, support, newsletters or marketing (opt-out available)
  • Improve services using analytics (Google Analytics), CRM (Zoho)

4. Legal Basis & Consent

We process PHI under HIPAA. By providing your data, you consent to processing for testing, payment, and communication. Consent may be withdrawn via written request to info@autismdiagnosticslab.com.

We only share data with service providers essential for operations:

We retain PHI until 7 years after the child reaches age 18. Other personal data is kept as needed for business or legal purposes.
