Autism Diagnostics Lab provides optional SMS text messaging services to individuals who consent to receive communications from our organization.
Our SMS messaging program includes two categories:
Service and Informational Messages
Messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, follow-up communications, and requested information regarding Autism Diagnostics Lab services and the MDM System™ test.
Marketing and Promotional Messages
With separate consent, messages may include information about the MDM System™ test, diagnostic testing services, new offerings, educational updates, special promotions, and company announcements.
Individuals may enroll in one or both SMS messaging categories by providing a valid mobile telephone number and affirmatively selecting the applicable consent option on an Autism Diagnostics Lab website form or through another documented enrollment method.
Consent to receive service-related SMS communications and consent to receive marketing SMS communications are collected separately.
Participation is voluntary.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase, laboratory testing, consultation, or use of our services.
Message frequency varies depending on the type of messages requested and the individual’s interactions with Autism Diagnostics Lab.
Service-related messages typically do not exceed five messages per outreach sequence.
Marketing and promotional message frequency varies according to the communications for which the recipient has enrolled.
Message and data rates may apply.
Standard messaging and data charges imposed by the recipient’s mobile carrier may apply according to the recipient’s wireless service plan.
Autism Diagnostics Lab is not responsible for charges imposed by mobile carriers.
Recipients may unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message.
After an opt-out request is processed, a confirmation message may be sent. No further messages will be sent under the applicable SMS program unless the recipient subsequently provides valid new consent.
Recipients may also contact Autism Diagnostics Lab directly to request removal from SMS communications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
